In-Home Exams

We can facilitate an in-home annual physical exam for you for a nominal fee. The physical exam becomes part of your medical records and can be used to help the physicians better understand your condition.
- Exams are scheduled, performed and billed by a 3rd-party examiner in your local area.
- You will be contacted in 2 to 3 business days by the examiner to schedule the exam.
- The cost of the exam is $90 and can be paid with a credit card or money order.
