What services does 1st Priority provide?
1st Priority is a service that facilitates telemedicine physician consultations, medical records reviews and medical evaluations all through the privacy of your own home.

What payment methods are available?1st Priority accepts payment via COD which can be paid with a cashiers check and/or money order (made payable to 1st Priority.)
What does my physician phone consultation include?
1st Priority requires you to fax or email your medical records along with a valid photo I.D. (driver's license/state I.D.) Upon receipt of those documents, your phone consultation will be scheduled and one of our physicians will call you regarding your self-described condition. If the physician determines that prescription medication is warranted; the paper prescription(s) will be shipped to you from the physician.
Who is eligible to receive a consultation from 1st Priority?
Anyone who is at least 21 years of age and residing in the U.S. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide service to residents of the following states: Arizona, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Virginia and West Virginia
Can I receive a consultation if I do not have current medical records?
You must send medical records and a valid photo I.D. in order to receive your initial consultation. Your medical records can be no more than one year old and must specify a diagnosis justifying prescription medication.
Request Authorization for Release of Medical RecordsThis form may be used to have your medical records released from your doctor, clinic or hospital and faxed or emailed to 1st Priority.

Physical Exam Form You can take this form to your physician or local health clinic and have it completed with information about your existing condition.

We can also facilitate an in-home physical exam through the network we are affiliated with. The physical exam becomes part of your medical records and will give the physicians an updated record of your health profile. More information about in-home exams...
How do I send my photo I.D. and medical records? You can email scanned versions to records@1stpriority.com or you can fax the documents to our Patient Services department at (800) 559-8401. Whether faxing or emailing, it is imperative to include your fullname and phone number so we can associate the documents with your account.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9a.m. - 5p.m. EST. You may submit orders and requests 24/7 via our website and if we receive them after our normal business hours we will promptly process your requests on the next business day. We are also closed in observance of most major holidays.
Does 1st Priority accept medical insurance?
1st Priority is not able to accept medical insurance at this time however you may be able to submit claims to your insurance provider for services rendered by physicians we refer you to.
What security measures have been taken to ensure my confidentiality?
